Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines. All illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The Extended Abstract to be submitted is in English, has 3 to 4 pages and is saved in PDF file format.
  • The "Copyright Transfer Agreement - Cover Letter" to be submitted is signed and saved in PDF file format.

Author Guidelines

SET IJBE adopts a customized IEEE transactions and journals format.
Template: IJBE Template (available soon)
Articles must be written in English and sent in PDF format.

Copyright Notice

The "Copyright Transfer Agreement - Cover Letter" must be submitted together with the article.

The Corresponding Author must, on behalf of all co-authors, complete all the required information, check the boxes, print, SIGN and scan the (signed) document.

The "Copyright Transfer Agreement - Cover Letter" must also be forwarded in PDF format. Template available at:
