Abstract

This paper presents the complete specification, signaling model, and enforcement architecture of privacy management in TV 3.0, including the finalized PRRD XML schema, the automated UI rendering logic, the lifecycle of privacy records and receipts, and the sensitive API enforcement model. It demonstrates how privacy can be implemented not as an external legal obligation, but as an integral and operational part of TV 3.0 AoP stack. Compared to our previous presentation at this congress, which introduced the conceptual foundations and compliance motivation behind standardized consent management, the current work delivers a complete technical architecture, with specifications that move the proposal from research findings to technical standardization.
