Planejamento Otimizado para Canais de TV 3.0

Resumo

 Abstract— In this article, we describe alternatives for installing TV 3.0 simultaneously with Current TV, that is, without interruption, sometimes using new channels in new bands and sometimes using existing channels without new spectrum. There are several possibilities, and we should have a hybrid model according to the channel occupancy in each location. We will propose a value of the characteristic field in dBµV/m of the Protected Contour that will be necessary for including new channels in the Basic Plan managed by Anatel, calculated using Recommendation ITU-R BT.2033-2 as a planning criterion. By obtaining the value of this field, we will simulate the protected contour of a TV 3.0 station in the ITU-R P.1546 and P.1812-7 standards, which will be evaluated through field measurements.
